The Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski has been enjoying a real renaissance lately. We're going to talk about the worldwide success of the story of Geralt of Rivia, also in reference to the video games and the Netflix series, and the challenges of translating the books into English.
Our guests will be:
David French- the English translator of short story collections and novels in the Witcher series
Ewa Drab- Assistant Professor at the Institute of Romance Languages and Translation Studies of the University of Silesia in Katowice
